What is the Process?

The Strategic Planning Committee has defined a strategic vision, defined by the KMS Uplifts focus areas, and is in the process of developing preliminary goals that align with the vision.

Task Forces to formulate strategy are beginning to plan actions designed to achieve the strategic goals. There are five Task Forces, corresponding to KMS priorities:

• Social & Community
• Spiritual
• Youth
• Leadership
• Development 

After the task forces recommend actions, their recommendations will be evaluated and prioritized.

The lessons learned from conducting the activities will inform the development of the strategic plan and its implementation.
