Maot Chitim are needed well in advance of Pesach to allow for distribution of funds. Click here to donate by Sunday, March 21. Please no checks or cash this year.
Mechirat Chametz: The time for submission has passed. Sorry! Deadline: Thursday, March 25, 8pm
There will be no Communal Chametz Burning this year. Don’t make a fire in your backyard. Burn the chametz on a grill, or, if you don’t have one, you may flush the 10 small pieces of Chametz from Bedikas Chametz down the toilet to destroy them.
Tuesday, 3/23, noon through Friday, 3/26, 5pm: There will be a KMS/YISE communal dumpster located at YISE for disposal of any chametz you might have amassed after the final home garbage pickup and before Pesach. Please use this dumpster for CHAMETZ ONLY, not bags of other non-chametz garbage.
Please bring as much as possible before Wednesday evening, when the 1st dumpster will be picked up, to leave room in the 2nd dumpster for last-minute chametz.
